Judiciary chief due in Qatar today

TEHRAN — Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Hashemi Shahrudi at the head of a delegation, is going to visit Qatar today.

During his three-day stay, Shahrudi hopes to sign memoranda of understanding on judicial cooperation in civil affairs, the extradition of prisoners, and other issues of concern.
The memoranda are expected to enhance the level of cooperation between the two states’ judicial systems, help combat international crimes, and ensure full protection for the rights of the two countries’ nationals
